From its unique approach to engaging people in real science, to its goal of positively influencing communities to take action to improve our world, the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City has been re-invented to enhance educational travel and inspire student groups in scientific literacy and understanding.

Science museums first appeared in the early 1800s, with a focus on collecting, researching, and presenting artifacts in an attempt to understand the past. In the 1960s, science museums sought to entertain and engage their audiences – increasing scientific literacy and understanding. Today, many science centers are focused solely on interactivity. The newly reinvented Liberty Science Center has placed its efforts on encouraging actual science activism, acting as a resource and catalyst to advance the realm of science, technology, and society.

Enhanced by its historic and cosmopolitan location, which overlooks Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Science Center strives to inspire student tours in understanding the continuing connection between scientific advances and how they improve the human condition.

For instance, the center’s “Live From Robotic Surgery” program uses live teleconferencing to take students into the O.R. where they interact directly with surgeons and witness how the advances of science and technology benefit humans. Program offerings include topics on cardiology, neurosurgery, and kidney transplant. Other programs include lab workshops in a state-of-the-art laboratory where students embark on an interactive learning experience led by a knowledgeable science educator.

As students explore the new Liberty Science Center, they encounter “Skyscraper!”, an unprecedented look at the planning, design, and technology of these amazing structures. Whether walking a steel girder high above the exhibit floor, facing down jet-powered hurricane force winds to test a building design, or taking a quiet moment to reflect on the destruction of the World Trade Center, “Skyscraper!” leaves students with a new appreciation and altered view of the impressive skyline that surrounds the center.

“Infection Connection” describes how the choices we make on a daily basis contribute to the rise and fall of infectious diseases. In this exhibit, students explore interactions between humans and microbes, learn about emerging diseases, and see how science develops tools and technologies to prevent and treat infections. Student tours can even conduct microbiology and epidemiology experiments in the center’s own laboratory.

While most of the exhibits in the center are brand new, students can still see some familiar favorites from the earlier days in “Wonder Why: Observe, Imagine, Create.” Exhibits highlights include the fossil-studded Rock Climbing Wall, observing the attributes of air at the Bernoulli Blower, or creating a masterpiece in the Digital Darkroom.

Science comes to life in demonstrations offered live in the center’s exhibition galleries. Student group travelers have the opportunity to participate and ask questions of a science educator on topics that correlate with the exhibits. For instance, students learn how to be an amateur surveyor using actual surveying equipment or learn the steps required to create a sterile environment in the operating room while performing live surgery on a (vegetative) patient. Or, they may experience first hand how lasers work and discover some of the ways lasers are used in daily life.

In the Liberty Science Center IMAX Dome Theater, student tours journey into ancient tombs or observe the surface of Mars during their scheduled film showings. In the Digital 3D Theater, the story of NASA’s Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory mission unfolds, told through the eyes of key NASA participants. The film features the first stunning 3D images ever captured of the sun and explains the vital knowledge the science community will gain from the mission.

The Liberty Science Center offers a variety of educational programs based on age and interest level. Some of the more popular choices include lab workshops, which are held in a state-of-the-art laboratory, where students embark on learning experiences, ranging from meteorology to New Jersey wildlife, with a science educator. Enhanced Experiences allows groups to choose an onsite experience and dig deeper into one of the center’s new exhibitions, or pick an outdoor experience and learn about the Hudson River estuary.

The Goals of Life Science and the Goals of the FDA: Mutually Compatible or Mutually Exclusive?

The goals of a life science company are likely to include the development, manufacture and sales of the best and most useful biotech equipment, medical devices, drugs, etc. The goals of the FDA include safety, the transparent communication of possible dangers or uncomfortable side effects, and the viable effectiveness of products produced. Each set of goals is noble and in theory supports the goals of the other. In practice however, the goals of these separate institutions seem almost mutually exclusive.

Change Control Software: Middle Ground for Two Separate Powers

Like most solutions to apparently irreparable problems, the solution that allows both life science companies and the FDA to find a cheerful middle ground is the solution that benefits both organizations. This solution includes the implementation and use of change control software. Change control software is valuable for the simple reason that it allows life science companies to artfully manage (without spending ridiculous man-hours) those changes that occur at any stage of a product’s development or manufacturing processes. Document Revision Processes—When change inevitably occurs the manual document revision process can be faulty in the extreme. Life science employees will unfortunately be subjected to manual searches for documents, and will be required to manually make changes on documents or SOPs. A good change control software solution however can provide revision control that is automatic and centralized so that once submitted, documents can be routed and approved quickly and effectually. Change tracking will also be automatic.

Also, when searching for the change control solution that will fit the needs of a life science company, professionals should look for a solution that is 1) customizable to their needs and that 2) require form explanations for changes that are being made. Accountability, after all should be an important aspect of change control.

Science and technology are broad terms that refer to all the concepts and devices created through human research and development. The ultimate goal of these constructs is to influence the way humans interact with their environment. While we frequently think of tangible items and inventions, science and technology also includes theories and conceptual systems. Science and technology are fields that are growing at an exponential rate and have a profound impact on our society.

One of the fastest growing areas of science and technology is communication. New inventions and improvements are truly making the world a smaller place. It is now possible to communicate instantly with virtually anyone on the planet. Additionally, communication can take the form of text, audio, or video transmissions. Unfortunately, science and technology are not always used for peaceful purposes. Weapons design and manufacture is a profitable industry, and numerous researchers are involved in this area. Recently, though, more and more developers have focused on creating non-lethal and passive weapons technology.

New developments frequently lead to controversy. For example, advances in stem-cell research have led to heated debate related to the morality of this field of experimentation. The use of human embryonic stem cells may be the key to curing countless diseases and medical conditions. However, research involves the destruction of human embryos. Thus, some people have argued this research is akin to murder and promotes the devaluation of human life.

Another controversial field is located at the other end of the scientific spectrum; the creation of life, both biological and artificial. Recent advancements have allowed scientists to use technology to fertilize human embryos, clone animals, and alter genetics. In fact, researchers have experimented with cross-breeding to produce entirely new species of plants and animals. Among the most profound are the liger, a lion/tiger cross, and the cama, a llama/camel hybrid. Additionally, progress has been made towards developing artificial intelligence. An artificially intelligent construct would be a man-made machine capable of observing and adapting to its environment.

Those who support scientific and technological advancements have also formulated specific ideologies to express their goals. Most notably, transhumanism has developed as a philosophy which supports the use of science and technology to enhance mankind’s cognitive and physical abilities. They foresee an inevitable future where humans will reach a “posthuman” state combining the body with technological improvements. Another pro-advancement ideology is techno-progressivism. This philosophy expounds the idea that technology can be used to enhance democracy and provide greater societal freedoms. Thus, techno-progressives believe in a moral and ethical use of new technologies and appropriate regulation of scientific advancements.

Science and technology can ultimately make our lives more efficient. However, no advancement is without its drawbacks. Thus, controversial research and harmful developments will inevitably continue. Ultimately, though, this is unlikely to deter future research. In fact, it seems researchers are more determined than ever to continue manipulating science and technology to develop new, innovative concepts.

In the beginning there was only chaos, disorder and possibilities. Every possible model of the universe existed simultaneously. From chaos, order was created. Some of those universes yielded life, life in the sense that order exists in the form of matter. Each subatomic particle, each atom, every star, every plant and animal is a living machine. Once it no longer functions, life ceases to exist to the observer and chaos continues creating new forms of order and life.

 

Time and space were created as a possibility, and the basic physics of the multiverse itself are non-linear in neither time nor space. This means that the past, the present and the future exist simultaneously. Time and space were created in our universe, which means they can also be adjusted. They are also connected with quantum entanglement, which means that quantum objects with the same resonance are connected outside of time and space. Vibrating one quantum object causes all the connected objects to vibrate with the same magnitude, thereby creating energy, which in turn leads to the creation of matter as a higher form of order. The classical theory that energy cannot be created or destroyed ignores relative energy from the point of view that life can exist within separate spheres of time and space, one inside the other falling towards a singularity. Classical theories also ignore quantum entanglement, and they do not explain how energy got in the universe in the first place.

 

The multiverse itself is a lot like a ball of brain tissue with neural connections representing hyper strings and activity similar to a thunder storm. These hyper strings connect all things and are the basis of the soul. Humans are unique in their ability to think about anything they want, which causes energy to pass through the related hyper strings; this can have a wide array of results from sending information to changing anything. Imagine what might happen if someone in the future influenced early human evolution by thinking.

 

Singularities are any point in space where the curvature of space-time is infinite. From a relative point of view, energy is created as mass falls towards a singularity. This is confirmed by Special Relativity. We can move forward in time, but we cannot go backward unless the event horizon preventing us is neutralized. I don’t mean we can literally go back in time using this method, but we can go where space-time is flatter. Theoretical physicists dreamed up exotic matter and antimatter to counteract event horizons and allow time travel into the past, yet these things don’t currently exist in our universe. However, it is possible to neutralize an event horizon with an equal and opposite gravitation field. These fields can be created by accelerating particles near the speed of light in a nuclear accelerator. We could also send neutrino transmissions out of an event horizon to communicate with others. It’s even possible to have relative event horizons within event horizons and multiple singularities clustered together.

 

I prefer to make the distinction between existential theories like classical mechanics that only work in some circumstances and universal theories like quantum mechanics that work no matter what the situation is, even if they do not explain everything. Hypotheses are ideas and theories are tested ideas that work in real life. Not all theories are equal depending on how confident we are in their results using statistics. Laws are theories adopted by a majority of the scientific community after numerous experiments from multiple scientists confirm the validity and soundness of a theory to a high degree of confidence. A high degree of confidence in statistics means that a theory has been tested over and over again (32+ times) with the same results.  

 

This doesn’t mean that science has all the answers today, yet it continuously evolves to get closer to the universal truth. Science and religion should never conflict. Religion should adapt to increases in human understanding. This is why I suggest creating Realism as a new organized religion, not for profit or for power. People who call themselves Realists recognize they have a spiritual side, seek out the real truth in everything and adapt to changes in science. Each religion is a collection of culture and history that has value by improving human life through knowledge, morality and ethics to the extent that it doesn’t fill our brains full of garbage.

 

Each human is made up of many quantum objects in their brains that are similar to the quantum objects in their past selves, their future selves and others they are close to, which essentially creates a quantum network of information sharing between humanity and all living things over all time. We are connected to ourselves, connected to others and they are connected to others that we are not directly connected to. Our mothers have a quantum resonance that influences our quantum and mental development. Our environment and others we connect with physically change this energy field over time, especially during ***. This is why we have chemistry with some people and not others in the sense that touching their skin feels good, and we don’t know what they look like. It also gives us access to knowledge from our future selves. Whether we interpret this knowledge as a bad feeling about what’s going to happen a few days in advance or an actual vision of the future at that moment, this is an expression of our spirit or our soul.

 

There’s a great movie that explains this better called “You Don’t Know Bleep”. They demonstrate, among other things, the mind’s ability to reorder hydrogen bonds in water into snowflakes through a blessing by a monk. The monks focus on a strong emotion like love and use their aura to reorder the hydrogen bonds in water. The lesson is that the intent, not the method, creates the outcome. This means that the spiritual component of many religions can create similar results; whether the religion is fiction or not, does not matter. The universe itself is neutral. There is no balance between good and evil; there are only different intents and different points of view. Good and evil are solely constructs of humanity.

 

The past and the future are also not fixed. They change over time and most people are not aware of these changes, because the present and the future change simultaneously. Every quantum object is connected by a hyper string. These strings are nonlinear so they transmit energy instantaneously over any distance and over any time. They can be created and destroyed by adjusting the resonance of quantum objects. The term quantum objects are used to describe quanta and groups of quanta similar to other quanta and groups of quanta. We can use them to create transmitter / receivers that share information instantaneously over any time and space. This means across all universes and across all time. However, information is energy. Energy can add to chaos and create new forms of order in the past, reshape the present and dramatically change the future. If we knew exactly what we planned to do and how to do it via quantum entanglement, we could change everything, in every universe and reshape the multiverse itself exactly the way it’s supposed to be e.g. “if the water molecule were a little different, all life as we know it in the traditional sense would no longer exist”. On a small scale this is how people could create miracles. As masters of everything, we would be one of the possibilities that creates the closest thing to god as a community of advanced humans in the future existing simultaneously with the past.

 

Spiritual awareness and enlightenment are more than just pseudo or metaphysics. They are a path to greater knowledge about the universe we live in that goes way beyond current understanding. Spiritual awareness also takes applied science to a whole new level, the science of creating miracles and using quantum mechanics to eliminate human suffering. This is common when large groups of people come together to meditate or pray for something good to happen. Some people would say that the phrase “Everything happens for a reason” is a wishful thinking, but it’s not. It just may not happen for your reasons. Spiritual ignorance also results in spiritual indifference, and you don’t have to be selfless to be spiritually aware. There are many things you can do naturally, unless others don’t want it to happen.

 

Could Jesus or other religious icons perform miracles? It’s definitely possible, because any healthy man or women has the same potential to learn how to perform miracles no matter what their religion is. Does that make them the sons or daughters of the creator? Not directly, it’s more likely we are their ancestors. Even people who have no religion could potentially perform miracles intentionally or unintentionally. Could they talk to god or the equivalent? It is possible due to quantum entanglement. However, it’s more likely they were schizophrenic or high, but that doesn’t rule out the possibility they could have been spiritually enlightened.

 

Additionally, the accuracy of what actually happened may not be literal due to a variety of factors including translation or fiction. For instance, it’s more likely the Jewish people floated across the Dead Sea and escaped the Romans with metal armor than it was for Moses to part the Red Sea and have everyone walk across. You can also compare the New and Old Testaments and see they are very different, excluding things designed to scare people like burning children alive. There is no hell in the literal sense, just different levels of human suffering. There are also thousands of organized religions on the planet each claiming to be the only real truth. Aside from Buddhism few religions offer proof that miracles and gifts can be taught, and what they teach is limited to prayer, meditation, communing, astral projection and blessings. The only one of these things that’s measurable is a monk’s ability to bless water and change its structure. I think no religion is better than any other with the exception of the potential value it adds to society by reducing human suffering through knowledge, understanding and humanitarian acts.

 

So what is possible? Everything is possible to the extent that others are willing to let it happen. Quantum entanglement explains how you could know when someone close to you is hurt. It also explains how some people could know what others are thinking now, in the past or in the future or why twins think alike. Spiritual awareness could give us access to knowledge that is far ahead of our time, but even then it was meant to be. It could explain how miracles could happen or why some people are exceedingly lucky or unlucky. Why positive thinking could help you connect with other people who think the same way, or why negative thinking could open yourself up to the negative emotions and experiences of others, which could be interpreted as evil spirits in some cultures. It could even explain why karma kicks our ***** when we are indifferent to the suffering of others by letting the people around us know about it on some level. The things we feel change our auras and the people around us can feel it.

 

Spirituality and superstition are completely separate, yet people overlap them when they do not have the answers to big questions. Spirituality in history has generally been culturally based and treated like an art. With greater understanding we can make it a science and teach applied spirituality to everyone with an interest. Thereby taking the superstition out of religion, and giving us something real to believe in that we can use for good in our everyday lives.

 

What have I experienced personally? I’ve always been able to do a wide variety of things that shock myself and others. The primary focus was and will always be consistency. In other words, what can you do over and over again every time? Once you can do something consistently like anything, you understand it better and you can teach others. Until then you can only claim to be a student of anything. For instance, I was able to change the channel of my TV when I was 12 every time I tried, but it was unique only to that TV. At first I could wave my fingers in the air about an inch and make it change channels, and then I realized I could do it by thinking forcefully. It never changed channels unless I wanted it to. Eventually, I became strong enough that I pointed at the TV and it blew up instantly and caught on fire. However, this is not a good example for teaching, because I have not repeated it with any other TV.

 

So what can I do consistently? I can see bits and pieces of the past, the present and the future I’m connected with. I have made it snow, created all types of storms, and even caused earthquakes lots of times when I experienced strong emotions. I can astral project, meditate, lucid dream and communicate with anyone or anything in existence that is spiritually enlightened. I can will things to happen that don’t go against the wills of too many people who don’t want it to happen. I can control my car to a limited extent by thinking; I have difficulty making the car turn fast enough, but I do really well at freeway driving and changing lanes by thinking. I can even will the car to go from 60-80 mph without applying additional pressure to the accelerator. I can also read people exceptionally well and sometimes see a person’s past by laying my hands on them. I can move, remove, give or transfer spiritual energy in others; this is helpful with opening people up, helping them develop faster and severing connections with others.

 

  

 

What am I still learning? I can ease the pain of someone I care about by laying my hands on them, but I don’t know if I’ve actually been able to help by healing anyone. I was creating fields that drew electrical energy and fire to me, but I stopped when I found a better way of getting energy. I wasn’t doing anything to generate static electricity, and I would get severely shocked every time I touched something metal. Fire would also come straight towards me no matter where I was standing. I’m also learning to be aware of changes in the future and the spiritual influences of other people, while I’m increasing my ability to make things happen.

 

American Indians, Buddhists and Wiccans are the most influential groups I’ve come in contact with, yet there are many people who are very gifted who either don’t have a religion or aren’t very religious. I may celebrate Christmas, but I also study other religions and none of them fit really well with science, reality or god. Realism is unique because it adapts and changes as we learn and grow as a society.

 

The interesting thing is that these experiences are not unique to me. In other words, the more I talk to random people, the more I realize that I am not special and these things are a natural part of all of us. However, many people don’t realize these things are an expression of their soul or recognize that their soul is a real living thing. Everyone has a soul or a spirit, and almost everyone does things with their spirit whether they realize it or not. There are even American Indian beliefs that confirm these things, and Christian’s refer to these abilities as gifts or miracles. It’s actually uncommon to meet someone who hasn’t had any similar experiences; they just don’t normally talk about it unless someone else makes the first move. Even people who are religious often have untraditional spiritual beliefs they don’t share with others like past lives and ESP, which showed me that spirituality and religion are actually two separate things. Many people seek religion to acknowledge their spiritual side, but religion in general does a poor job of meeting the spiritual needs of society.

 

There are different stages of spiritual awareness and enlightenment measured by how often you do things intentionally with your spirit. The more aware you are of these things, the more connected you are with your spiritual side. If it’s not obvious you did it, don’t fool yourself. It took me many years to learn by trial and error, become consistent and get stronger. The key was critical thinking, having an open mind, lots of failed attempts and lots of practice once you find something that works.

 

Beginning Stage: If you do something it’s probably unintentional in an extreme situation like a car accident or when you are experiencing strong emotions. You are weak and inconsistent. Unexplained things may happen that will make you wonder if they are more than just coincidence.

 

Intermediate Stage: You are completely aware of the actions of your spirit whether they are intentional or unintentional. Your abilities are consistent, frequent and significantly stronger. Auras appear fuzzy and color is difficult to determine; size and strength are easy to determine.

 

Advanced Stages: All the actions of your spirit are intentional unless you are experiencing strong emotions. Your abilities increase in strength incrementally as you learn and grow. You can visualize your aura and the auras of others clearly by focusing your attention on them. This can be confirmed by others in the advanced stages.

Today’s era predominates with a high intellect. Every aspect of our life is fully influenced by the modern scientific principle of proof and sound logic. As a result world humanity requires both proof and logic as far as philosophy is concerned too. Only after testing it thus will they deign to accept its usefulness. Truth and Reality will be imbibed only after it is tested via logic and scientific proof. This insistence of ‘proof’ has greatly challenged the very existence of Spiritual Sciences. Man’s glory and social arrangement has its roots in high leveled faith that encompasses both sacred ideals and principles. Sheer intellectualism with its emphasis on direct proof has truly harmed man’s faith potential. Logic and proof says that faith is ‘blind’. Hence today’s need of the hour is to test Spiritual Values like faith, trust, ideals etc on the basis of scientific logic and principles along with its utility and proof of its very existence. For this those very scientific research need to be deployed which are today being used by Modern Material Science.

Today everyone fully accepts the importance of Material Science. Its utility and importance have always remained in vogue because it tests itself on the basis of logic, experimentation and research. In addition to this it never wavers when it is required to give up beliefs that are not scientifically sound and rational. Of course it is a well known fact that scientific findings do tend to change every now and then. If for the first time some proof is found it is not necessary that it will remain eternally correct. This is because when newer discoveries and inventions unfold the previous conclusions are renounced. Thus scientific findings at a particular point in time are accepted as true only until new findings later disprove their veracity. Hence the previous finding henceforth does not hold true as it did previously. It is this yearning for truth that helps Modern Science retain its importance and utility.

The attainments of Spiritual Science are infinitely more than those of Material Science. Hence its importance too is n-fold more than modern science. Thus it is most required that greater attention be paid to it. Since in ancient times Spiritual Science was given a lot of importance man’s overall glory too reached high peaks. But later the more man’s soul force weakened the more he headed towards both a material and spiritual degradation. Hence if we wish to herald in a radiant future in the 21st century optimum usage of soul principles are the need of the hour. Thus keeping this in mind it is most required that Spiritual Sciences be researched in a modern scientific manner and place them in front of all so as to imbibe them in their pristine purity.

It is Spiritual Philosophy that is the foundation stone of human thought/viewpoint. It is the very life force of spirituality. Man’s wholesome thinking or otherwise is totally dependent on the beliefs of social norm that are in vogue at a particular time. The basis of high leveled thought flow during the Rishi Era was Spiritual Philosophy that was in vogue. It ceaselessly inspired human beings to strive for supremacy as far as wholesome thought and activity was concerned. As a result heavenly situations manifested and divinely human beings took birth. Serious questions regarding the soul, God’s existence, God’s glory, fruits of ones past/present/future actions, creation of this world and the aim behind it can only be answered by Spiritual Philosophy.

During varying times and circumstances great Rishis of yore gave us philosophical tenets to suit those times and requirements. As long as the Rishi Yuga existed, this tradition continued thus creating heavenly situations for world beings. But later during the Middle Age a fairly long time span of darkness and gloom prevailed. Since in this dark period unruliness and anarchy took over philosophy, righteousness and spirituality were totally ignored by one and all. During such dire times it is most required that one is alert enough to gauge what is apt and what is not apt. Thus we should develop an intellect which leans towards research so as to understand what is true and what is its day to day usefulness.

Ancient and very useful spiritual principles need to be put forth to world humanity in such a way wherein there remains no room for doubt as far as its utility and veracity is concerned especially in today’s Jet Age.

Great Rishis elucidated various behavioral depending on each circumstance and its requirement. Smritis clearly depict such differences in norms laid down. The different norms laid down by great seers during various points in world history were not because there was hatred, differences etc amongst these seers. In fact they were forced to lay down different social norms simply because the requirements during various phases of world history required specific norms for each and every phase.

The basis of past progress, analysis of downfall and goal setting for the future is an intellect which yearns for facts and reality. In spiritual parlance it is called Ritambhara. According to Brahman scriptures this is what Prajapati says while elucidating Divine Wisdom or Self Realization: When during cosmic annihilation (Pralaya) everything in this world is destroyed at that time too one Rishi remains alive to reveal the truth. His name is ‘Tarka’. Over here Tarka is not some dry and superficial argument but it is a divine intellect full of profound wisdom. It is with its help that one can attain Self Realization. An intellect that is open to accept truth shies away from prejudiced fanatical beliefs. The wheel of time is such that situations faced by us all are bound to change again and again. And it is because of this that the methods of solving various problems too change when situations change. No doubt we revere saints and seers of the past and the spiritual endeavors demarcated by them. And yet it is not necessary that these endeavors can help in today’s times since situations of those times and today differ a great deal. Hence it is most required that spiritual practices of those times that can be used today be imbibed wholeheartedly and renounce those which are not suitable for modern times (but were apt for past times).

As mentioned previously in the Middle Age of darkness and ignorance a lot of distortions plagued the spiritual arena. The results of such erroneous thinking stares starkly in our face wherein every area of our life predominates with narrow minded selfishness, lack of magnanimity and generosity and hard heartedness. There is no other cause for this apart from our lack of faith in the importance of spiritual values and tenets. How can it be warded off? The answer is unanimous in that faith in spiritual values must be reinstated in the psyche of world humanity on a firm footing. And this is possible only by imbibing the sacred precepts of Spiritual Sciences.
